Baking De-Stress

There is nothing that compares to the smell of tasty chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven... especially on days like this when it is starting to get a bit chilly out! Today, I strayed from exam season stressing and did some fun baking with my boyfriend Jakob, who loves to bake.


For this simple yummy recipe:


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour

1 1/2 cup cake flour

2 cups chocolate chips

3 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon corn starch

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar


Steps:


Step 1: I personally just put it all in one bowl at the same time because I don't think it makes a huge difference and I would rather do less dishes.

Use any bowl and mix, use a mixer if you have one but totally not necessary.


Step 2: Roll into 1 inch ish sized balls and put on cookie sheet with parchment paper


Step 3: Cook at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes!


Step 4: Enjoy!!!


Baking is as easy as you make it to be, don't waste your time with all of the extra steps.
